Dr. Amonte’s Detox Juicing Recipe:
All organic and pre-washed
2 cups Kale
2 cups Spinach
2 cups vine-ripened grape tomatoes
2 pineapple spears
1 yellow bell pepper
1 large beet
1 heart celery
5 medium carrots
1 cup concord grape juice
Also can be used (according to Cayce’s readings):
You can drink the whole thing (24 ounces) and make it about five times a week or daily. This can replace one meal in your day but is NOT a specific diet. It would be recommended to consult a physician before going on a “juicing diet” and please be sure to leave out any known allergens.
