Working out on a Vegan diet has not been difficult for me. Many people assume that just because you are on a vegan diet you are going to lose both strength and muscle. That is far from the truth and working out on a Vegan diet has honestly felt amazing. This is a video of me performing a full body workout routine while I am on a Vegan diet. I am honestly surprised at my energy levels, but I can truly say that I feel amazing.
