Ingredients:

Kumara : 1 small
Chopped Cilantro Leaves : 1Tbs
Lemon Juice : 1 Tbs
Chili Flakes :1/2Tsp
Salt and Pepper To Taste
Boil and mash Kumara and add in all ingredients.

Assemble the wrap with
Tortilla Wrap :1
Kale Leaves
Kumara Mixture
Red Carrot
Purple Carrot
White Onion
Tomatoes
Vegan Mayo

Calories: 327 , Protein: 6.9g , Carbs:31.7g , Fat 34.3g

Ingredients:
Button Mushroom (Sliced) : 2 Large
Oil : 1Tsp
Salt and Pepper : To Taste
Worcestershire sauce : 1/2 Tsp

Heat Oil and Soute Sliced Mushrooms on medium heat. Add all seasoning and cook until softened.

Assemble the Wrap with
Tortilla Wrap : 1
Iceberg Lettuce Leaves
Prepared Mushrooms
Pickled Gherkins
Basil Leaves
Bell Peppers
White Onion
Baby Tomatoes
