Vegan diets cause cancer? (thoughts on that b12-lung cancer study)





A recent study found that men taking high-dose supplements of b12 were at greater risk for developing lung cancer. Vegans–because we don’t eat small amounts of b12 throughout the day like the average omnivore–rely on high-dose supplements to meet our b12 needs. Should we be concerned?
