5 soft taco shells
7-8 oz vegan ground beef
1 tbsp taco seasoning
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cups vegan cheddar cheese
1/2 cup vegan pepper jack cheese
1/4 cup non-dairy milk
1/4 cup vegan ranch
Cayenne to taste
Extra vegan cheddar
Green onion and hot sauce optional
