Hello, everyone! In today’s video, I’m showing you how to make my current favorite vegan lunch with a pub pretzel style cashew cheese dip! Before I switched to a plant-based diet, I used to love all foods pub-reminiscent, like pretzels and cheese dip, burgers, wings, and fries, so for me (a former cheese addict!) finding a cheese recipe that I love has been one of the things that excites me about the vegan diet! I’ve been swinging more and more toward the Nutritarian way of eating described by Dr. Joel Fuhrman in his book Eat to Live (because that style of eating makes me look and feel the best), and the only thing keeping this from being a STRICTLY Nutritarian recipe is the salt in the cashew cheese! But if you’re not adhering to a strict Nutritarian diet (or if you’re a Nutritarian looking to splurge), this is an awesome sandwich and I hope you’ll give it a try!
