Lentil-Potato Patty – Vegan Recipes

These Potato-Lentil Patties are your best option. They are rich in good quality protein and full of energy because of their complex carbohydrate content. We also added vegetables to increase Vitamin and Mineral content which is very important to our body.

One of my favorite meals to include as part of a healthy diet.

Ingredients:
– 1 cup of Lentils – cooked
– 2 Potatoes – cooked
– ½ cup of Carrots – shredded
– Mushrooms & Onion – suateed
– Salt as per taste
Instructions:
– Mash Potatoes and Lentils until well mixed.
– Add Carrots, Mushrooms and Onions and mix
– Add seasonings as desired
– Form patties and sear them on a non-stick pan
