1 Sml Onion
⅓ Tsp Cinnamon
1 Cup Coconut milk
1 1/2 Cup water
1Tbsp oil

1 lb Irish potato
3 Tbsp Vegan butter
1/4 Cup soy milk
3 -4 Cloves Roasted garlic
Dried parsley
1 Tsp Nutritional yeast

Mango Bar B Q Sauce
1/2 Cup tomato ketch up
3 Tbsp Molasses
2 Tbsp Liquid Aminos
2Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp Sugar
¼ Cup Mango puree
1 ½Tbsp Mustard

2 Seitan ribs
Dry rub
1 Tsp Onion powder
5 Pimento berries
1 Tsp Garlic powder
1 Tsp Bar b q season powder
½ Dried thyme

For chocolate cake
2 Cup baking flour
1 Cup all purpose flour
5 Tbsp coco powder
1 1/2 Sugar
1 Tsp salt
2 Tsp baking soda
1/2 Cup oil
2 cup coffee
1 Tbsp vanilla
2 Tsp Apple cider vinegar

for chocolate mousse
2 Stick vegan butter
4 Tbsp Coco powder
2 Cup confectioners sugar
4 Tbsp vegetable shorten
1 Tsp almond essence
4-5 Tbsp cold water
Strawberries for garnish
***(BAKE AT 180° 30-35 Mins or until skewer is dry)***
