Apple Crisp Protein Smoothie
1 banana
handful of ice
300ml plant milk
1/2 cup muesli
1 scoop apple pie plant protein
Sprinkle of cinnamon

Chickpea Omelette (2 serves)
250ml water
100g chickpea flour
75g tofu
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tbsp garlic
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
Salt & pepper
Optional: mix in some spring onion
Fill with your fav veggies or vegan cheese!

Protein Pasta
2 servings of high protein pasta (or regular)
2 cups of chopped veggies (I used mushrooms but zucchini is also great)
Couple handfuls of greens
400g of vegan mince or TVP
Chilli Pesto:
3tbsp chilli paste
1tbsp garlic
2tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
