Hi guys, in today’s video I talk about my views on aging faster on a vegan or raw vegan diet.
Recently some people have been leaving me mean comments telling me I am aging faster due to my diet. I completly disagree with this comments, not only towards me but towards any vegan personality online.
I believe that following a diet rich in raw fruits and veggies is crucial for longevity. Some of the nutrients that are proven to slow aging are only found in plants.
Some of them are:
Vitamin C (helps the production of collagen and avoids excess blood cholesterol) Antioxidants, Anthocyanins, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Beta-carotene, etc.
On the other side, eating meat increases your risk for heart disease, and processed meat is a carcinogenic.
At the end of the video I also show to you some examples of people following a raw vegan diet that look much younger than what they actually are.
