Smoothie Recipes:

Orange Ginger Peach Vanilla
4 medium to large peaches
17 oz fresh orange juice
a knob of fresh ginger (8-10 grams approx)
3 drops of Medicine Flower vanilla extract or a small amount of your favorite vanilla extract
Blend until smooth and creamy

Orange Mango Wild Blueberry Passion Fruit
16-17 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice
1 cup fresh mango
3/4 cup wild frozen blueberries
Blend until smooth
then add your desired amount of passion fruit (I used 3)

Orange Pear Vanilla
1 1/2 Pears
20 oz fresh pressed orange juice
3 drops of Medicine Flower vanilla extract or a small amount of your favorite vanilla extract
Blend until smooth

Savory Recipes

Collard Wraps with Plum Ginger Dipping Sauce
3 large collard wraps filled with
julienned zucchini and carrot
shredded purple cabbage
celery
mango
green onions
mushrooms
cilantro

Plum Ginger Dipping Sauce
3/4 cup Emerald Beaut Plums or a yellow green plum/pluot
a good chunk of ginger approximately 8 grams
3-4 inch piece of green onion
1 average size rib of celery
1 tsp tahini
* optional 1-2 tsp of 100% pure maple syrup if you like a sweeter sauce

Mango Salsa
mango
celery
orange or red bell pepper
cilantro
red and green onion
a few dashes of cumin
fresh lime juice if the mango is ultra sweet and you want some tang
Romaine lettuce leaves for dipping

Salad with Orange Mango Dressing

Salad
spring mix
arugula
cucumber
celery
julienned zucchini, carrot and beets
sweet onion
apple
mango
sun gold cherry tomatoes

Dressing
1 1/2 cups mango
1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange or tangerine juice
salt free all purpose seasoning to taste

Asian inspired zucchini noodles
zucchini spiralized (I used 2 medium sized zucchinis)
carrot spiralized
purple cabbage shredded
celery chopped
mushrooms thinly sliced
green onions sliced
orange or red bell pepper sliced into thin strips
cilantro large handful

Sauce
2 cups mango
1 clove young green garlic or regular garlic
ginger chunk 9-10 grams approximately
1 tsp or more tahini
Blend sauce until smooth, pour over noodles and mix until thoroughly coated
