🧤WHY I MADE THIS VIDEO!
In today’s video I wanted to add onto my “only 3 series” and show you the only 3 trap exercises you need to build big traps. Your traps are an important muscle group for having a powerful and alpha look, and when you combine the upper trap line and the upper chest line you will have a really aesthetic physique you can be proud of. The first trap exercise is one of my favorites, and is something Charles Glass showed me after I asked him what his favorite db trap exercise of all time was. The other 2 trap exercises combine to form what I think is a perfect trap workout for mass and will help you grow your stubborn traps in no time. This trap workout was done balloon method style, to maximize the 3 science backed ways your body builds muscle. If you want to build big traps as fast as possible I suggest you do this workout 2-3x per week and focus on how you can add intensity from one workout to the next.
