In this video, Toronto physiotherapist James Braithwaite demonstrates a fantastic exercise appropriate for improving stability at the hip. This is also a great exercise for those with knee pain caused by valgus mechanics – which have been discussed in previous videos.

This is a higher level exercise and will prove challenging even for more advanced clients, and is appropriate for any general fitness program
