PILATES: For Back Stiffness & Pain | Greg O'Shea

Back stiffness and pain is very common. This can be caused by various reasons, for instance sitting at a desk for hours or other body issues forcing you to move awkwardly.
This 30minute Pilates class will bring you through some mobilising movements and also a few strengthening core exercises.
