In this video I take you through a full shoulder workout using exercises pulled from Episodes 1-4 of the All About Shoulders playlist I’ve created (see above if you haven’t checked it out yet!) In this workout we hit all heads of the delts and the traps for a nice complete 3D delt workout!
Full Shoulder Workout:
– Perform 4 sets of 15, 12, 10, 8
– 60 second rest between sets for each exercise
1) Arnold Press
2) 45 Degree Raises
3) Face Pulls
4) Hang Cleans
