  1. A y e ar later, they are still my guide. Even though I use this for warm up part now. Looks like friends forever:)

  2. Day 1 : almost 8 min of the video done
    (I am exercising after 4 months so its very hard but ill keep going)
    Day 2 : 13 min of the video doneee.
    (My lungs are burning as well as my thighs are cryingg)

    1. Finally finished a full round (1)
    2. Drank 2 full glasses of water
    3. Floorboards have started creaking
    4. First time I have never skipped an ad during the video, i was also wishing more ads to pop up

  5. After a long time of just reading comments and saying which has worked and which hasn't had finally decided to do this myself so I will be trying to do daily check and everyday so hopefully I can do this

    (edit – I actually have been doing this for the past two days but I realise that I might lose motivation every time I come here I expect to see my comment and get motivation)

    Starting: 45 kg
    Goal 41-42kg

    Day 1 – I was able to finish the complete workout but I have to do a modification

    Day 2 – I was really sore but I didn't want to not workout so I did a 10 min workout instead

    Day 3 – I was able to finish the workout but for the one sided in the first-ever check white modifications I was able to do a few of them without using the modifications
    (Went to 44.7 on day 3)

  6. Day 1 to 3, only managed to power through very slowly after warm up.

    Day 4, manage to not stop until the 1st rep, was slowing way down for 2nd and 3rd 💪🏻

  7. Some of moves hurt my knees so I had to adjust but I got through it. Lita has a new follower.

  8. First time ever i finished this video at one go🎉🎉🎉yay! Got some confidence to move forward for fitter me.
