(I am exercising after 4 months so its very hard but ill keep going)

How many calories do you burn with this workout?
After a long time of just reading comments and saying which has worked and which hasn't had finally decided to do this myself so I will be trying to do daily check and everyday so hopefully I can do this
(edit – I actually have been doing this for the past two days but I realise that I might lose motivation every time I come here I expect to see my comment and get motivation)
Starting: 45 kg
Goal 41-42kg
Day 1 – I was able to finish the complete workout but I have to do a modification
Day 2 – I was really sore but I didn't want to not workout so I did a 10 min workout instead
Day 3 – I was able to finish the workout but for the one sided in the first-ever check white modifications I was able to do a few of them without using the modifications
(Went to 44.7 on day 3)
That one hurt today. Exactly what I needed. Thank you!
Day 1 to 3, only managed to power through very slowly after warm up.
Day 4, manage to not stop until the 1st rep, was slowing way down for 2nd and 3rd 💪🏻
