20 Minute Aerobic Workout With Music Cues





Interval Training for 20 Minutes can make a huge difference in not only your waist line but your mental health! If you have gone through some major changes in your life; working out can be the best medicine!

You will have to pick your exercises if doing body weights or if using a machine determine what your Levels 10, 9, 8, 7, and 6 are. This video will then help you with transitioning to each exercise as it has songs for each level that are timed for 1 minute intervals. I also advise what level you are at and what level you will be moving on to when finished with a minute.
