I am very excited to share this White Kimchi recipe. There are various kimchi versions made from other vegetables too. Radish kimchi is another of my favourite. I will also share the recipe of a Spicy kimchi in the future. It is one of my favorite probiotic foods. High in lactobacilli bacteria and extremely healing for the gut. It is a great side dish for most meats and fish on a keto diet. It also helps you get in raw calciferous vegetables into your diet.
