In this video I will show you a typical day of eating for my son and I. We eat a lot of similar things but try to switch things up from time to time while still trying to make healthy meal choices.
Counting calories, intermittent fasting and strict keto is how I’ve lost 90 plus pounds to date! I tried lazy keto for about a month and my weightloss was inconsistent. So now I’m back to strict keto and calorie counting. It’s been about 6 months since I started my weight loss journey. For now I plan to continue on eating keto and meeting my weight loss goals.
