My experience with Ketogenic Diet! I lost 7kgs in 4 weeks.Its so easy. And No excercise required to see results. I will start excercising but when I have lost atleast 15kgs.

Avocado oil
Olive oil
Coconut oil
Cream
Cream cheese
Butter

And Nuts

NO CARBS AND NO SUGAR
