400-450g Ground Beef (Or Pumpkin if vegetarian)
1 small – Onion (chopped)
3-4 – Garlic Cloves (minced)
1 Tbsp Tomato paste
2 Tbsp olive liquid or beef stock
4-6 Mushrooms (optional)
Noodles
2-3 Zucchini
Cheese Filling
1 Tbsp – Full Fat Cream Cheese
40g – Mozzarella Cheese
40g – Edam, Mild, or Tasty Cheese (for topping the Lasagna)
2 Egg yolks

Calories 566 for ½ of the lasagna not including the side salad (in the meat version)
