KETO PUMPKIN PANCAKES | Keto Cream Cheese Pancake Recipe | Gluten Free Pumpkin Pancakes

It’s October, so if you are a die hard pumpkin fan like I am then you are eating pumpkin at almost every meal. My favorite keto pumpkin breakfast recipe is pumpkin spice pancakes. These keto pumpkin pancakes are some of the fluffiest keto pancakes you will ever have! Plus keto pumpkin pancakes are easy to make. Throw everything into a blender, pulse and pour on your griddle! Great for when you are short on time and craving a low carb pumpkin pancake.

Top your keto pancakes with whipped cream or some sugar free syrup and yum it!! You could probably have the keto pumpkin pancakes for dessert too….which I’ve done before.

½ cup coconut flour
¼ cup Swerve or sweetener of choice
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 eggs
4 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup pumpkin puree
⅓ cup heavy cream

Blend everything together and pour. Cook these keto pumpkin pancakes like a normal pancake.
