Keto Pizza Casserole

A simple keto pizza casserole that will be enjoyed by all. The gluten free crust is made with a simple mix of eggs, cheese, and cream. For a thinner crust, just bake in a larger jellyroll pan instead.

4 oz cream cheese softened
4 large eggs
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup Parmesan, Asiago or Romano cheese any combination can be used
2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded and divided
1/2 cup low carb pizza sauce
Pizza toppings optional
