Keto Egg Fried Rice | Cauliflower Fried Rice | Low Carb Rice | Keto Recipes





This is a simple keto egg fried rice recipe. You can make your own modifications by adding any protein to the fried rice. Prawns or Chicken is a popular addition to any Chinese fried rice. This recipe is made from cauliflower and that makes is low in carb and high in fibre. You have your protein from the egg and your vegetables from the rice. 2 Tbsp + 1 tsp Fat (Chicken fat, coconut oil, Butter)
2 Small Country Eggs
2 tsp Garlic
1 Cup Riced cauliflower
2 Spring Onions
1/8 tsp Salt
Pinch of Pepper
1/2 tsp Soya Sauce
1 Tbsp Mung Bean Sprouts
