KETO CHOCOLATE BROWNIE ICE-CREAM RECIPE | AVOCADO BASE





Nothing like a healthy ice-cream on a hot summer day. This recipe even though it uses avocado in its recipe you would not be able to tell the difference from a sugary based ice-cream. Delicious!!

Ingredients
100g Dark Chocolate 80%+
2 tbsp butter
1 Avocado
250ml coconut cream or heavy cream
1tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
10 drops monk fruit sweetener or sweetener of choice
1/4 cup low carb dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional)
1 tbsp Espresso (optional)

Information:
Freeze for at least 3 hours
If freezing for more than 6 hours take out and let thaw @ room temperature for 10-25 minutes.
If you would like a constant smooth ice-cream and avoid freezing rock solid and have ice crystals, use xylitol sweetener or add a tbsp of vodka to your mix
