Just like almost anything else, it can magically be made totally ketogenic with the help of a few products! Today I’m trying out the Lakanto Pancake Mix and Lakanto Maple Flavored Syrup. All Lakanto products are sweetened with monk fruit, an entirely keto friendly sweetener! Like Stevia, monk fruit doesn’t have an effect on blood sugar, making it A OK when following a ketogenic diet.
