We wanted to see how drinking beer would affect his diet, so we ran an experiment.
Keith spent 48 hours on a special fast to lower his blood sugar and, as a result, his fat-storing hormone called insulin.
He tested his blood sugar after the fast, and then again after drinking two beers. The results were surprising!
In the video, we share his blood sugar (i.e. blood glucose) readings and the conclusion Dr. Keith came to about including alcohol in his diet.
