Broccoli Fritters with Paneer is very low-carb Indian recipe for Vegetarians. Also known as Broccoli Cutlets and Broccoli Tikki. We usually have very less Indian Vegetarian options for low-carb diets. I have made this Broccoli Fritters recipe with only 4 ingredients. This is one of the best options for breakfast and snacks when you are in Ketogenic Diet (Keto Diet) or low-carb diet. Along with low-carb this is high in proteins and have tastier than most of the low-carb recipes. Mouth-watering broccoli fritters are one of the best healthy Broccoli recipes. This is easy to make and also quick and easy weight loss recipe at home. Great option for breakfast and snacks.


The best part is kids love this very much.


1) Broccoli – 1 cup
2) Paneer – 1/2 cup
3) Almond Flour – 1/4 cup
4) Olive Oil (optional)
5) Salt per taste


1) Firstly wash the broccoli and let it dry for some time.
2) Finely chop broccoli.
3) Grate paneer.
4) Take a bowl and put broccoli, paneer, almond flour and salt into it and mix well.
5) Make small balls out of this mix and place them on a plate.
6) Heat up the frying pan and grease it with olive oil(optional)
7) Press these balls with the help of your palm and place these over the pan.
8) Let them cook for sometime and flip so it will be cooked from another side as well.
9) Let them cook until they are golden brown in color.
